Terms
Effective November 9, 2026.
These terms cover the paid services sold on ecomloop.com. ecomloop is run by Andrew Maury in Menlo Park, California. Contact: andrew@ecomloop.com.
The services and their promises
- Shopify Conversion Calculator ($17 or $47): a copy of the calculator and a 30-minute call. If the call doesn't find a clear bottleneck, ask for a refund within 14 days of the call and you get the full price back.
- Revenue Leak Audit ($750): a reconciliation of your orders against your ad and email platforms, with a 30-minute walkthrough. If you tell me on the walkthrough call that it wasn't worth $750, I refund it.
- Merchant Center review ($250, plus $250 on reinstatement): the first $250 pays for the fixes and the review request and isn't refundable once work starts. The second $250 is charged only if Google reinstates the account within 45 days of the review request. You agree to apply every fix on the list. One review request per engagement. Misrepresentation diagnosis ($250): a full diagnosis and fix list, with no success fee.
- Klaviyo reconciliation and flows ($2,500): the reconciliation plus welcome, cart and post-purchase flows, live within 30 days of my having access. If they aren't live by then for reasons on my side, you get the $2,500 back. There is no revenue guarantee.
- Conversion audit ($997) and implementation day ($1,750): as described when you buy them.
What I can't promise
Google, Meta, Shopify and Klaviyo make their own decisions, and I don't control them. No service here guarantees a reinstatement, a conversion rate or revenue, except where a refund is stated above.
Your part
Give me the access and exports the work needs, and tell me before changing the things I'm working on. Deadlines start when access lands.
Payment
Payments go through Stripe at the price shown when you buy. Refunds are handled as described on the refunds page.
Confidentiality and liability
I keep your store data and results confidential, and I'll ask before naming your store anywhere. My total liability for any service is limited to what you paid for it. California law governs these terms.
