Service	When you get your money back
Conversion Calculator ($17 or $47)	If the call doesn't find a clear bottleneck. Ask within 14 days of the call.
Revenue Leak Audit ($750)	If you say on the walkthrough call that it wasn't worth it.
Merchant Center review	The first $250 isn't refundable once work starts. The second $250 is only charged if you're reinstated within 45 days.
Misrepresentation diagnosis ($250)	Not refundable once the diagnosis is delivered.
Klaviyo flows ($2,500)	In full if the flows aren't live within 30 days of my having access, for reasons on my side.
Conversion audit, implementation day	Before work starts, in full.

To ask for a refund, email andrew@ecomloop.com. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days.
