Why the first review request matters

Google gives you a courtesy review during a warning period. After a second failed review it can make you wait before you try again, and that wait may grow with each rejection (Google's Merchant Center help). So the fixes go in first, and the review goes in once.

How it works

  1. Free triage, within one business day. Send the store and the policy Google named. I tell you what most likely caused it and whether it looks fixable.
  2. The fixes. I make them, or list them for your developer.
  3. The review request, filed within 48 hours of having access. Google's own review then takes up to 7 business days.

What I check on the store side

Prices that match your product data, a returns policy a shopper can find, contact details, shipping terms, and product structured data that's complete. Most of that I can read from the outside, so the triage needs nothing from you but the store's address and Google's message.

Price

$250 now, $250 if reinstated

For suspensions I can fix: $250 to start, and $250 more only if you're reinstated within 45 days of the review request. You apply every fix on the list, and there's one review request per engagement.

pay $250 and start

Misrepresentation suspensions need a closer look at the whole store, so for those the next step is a $250 full diagnosis with every fix listed, and no success fee.

pay for the diagnosis

Pay after the triage, once you know it's worth it. Google makes the reinstatement decision, not me. Terms: terms, refunds.
