What it does
On a Shopify store running ads, I look at three numbers first: how many visitors add to cart, how many of those start checkout, and how many finish. The calculator takes six inputs (sessions, add-to-carts, checkouts started, orders, average order value and ad spend) and shows which step is losing the most orders and what one more point of conversion there is worth in sales.
Example only, not a real store: 12,000 sessions, 3.1% add to cart, 52% of carts reaching checkout, 41% of checkouts finishing, $85 average order. The weakest step was add to cart. One more point there, 4.1% instead of 3.1%, is about 26 more orders a month, or about $2,200 in sales.
What you get
- Your own copy of the calculator, a Google Sheet.
- A 30-minute call with me to go through your numbers. Before it, I run my scanner on your store and check that it counts each order once, so we start from the right number.
- If we don't find a clear bottleneck, you get your money back.
